Ce parc romantique classé, ancienne propriété de 10 ha du Baron Edmond de Rothschild, fait l’objet d’échanges entre la Ville propriétaire, l’État, des acteurs privés, le grand complexe hospitalier Ambroise Paré et les associations locales. Le schéma directeur patrimonial réalisé par Ilex a permis d’ouvrir le champ des prospectives et d’avancer autour d’une vision d’avenir. Le site du château est remis en scène par son allée de maître, et de nouvelles entrées sont créées afin que le parc profite pleinement à la ville. Un travail de soustraction des équipements parasites et de renaturation est projeté. Un schéma directeur toujours en vigueur auquel Ilex reste aujourd’hui étroitement associé.

This romantic, and classified, park of 10 ha, formerly the property of Baron Edmond de Rothschild, was an object of discussion between the town (now its owner), the state, the private sector, the Ambroise Paré hospital and local associations. Ilex has a vision for the future and define a overall plan. The prestigious avenue leading to the chateau is to be highlighted, with new points of entry to the park. Extraneous facilities will be eliminated, and nature reintroduced. Ilex is continuing to play a central role in the elaboration of the plan.
